This policy explains how Exile Network handles information submitted through exl.gg. It is intended to keep our community informed about what we collect and why.

Information we collect

When you join our updates list, we collect the name and email address you provide, the time you consented, and the version of the consent language shown to you. We also collect the page you joined from and, when present, campaign parameters in the link so we can understand which community and advertising campaigns are effective.

How we use it

We use this information to send Exile Network news, server launches, community events, and occasional promotional offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

We use service providers to host the website and securely store the updates list. Those providers process information only to deliver their services to Exile Network.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email. Until email delivery is enabled, you can request removal by contacting us at contact@exl.gg.

Retention

We retain waitlist information while you remain subscribed or while it is reasonably needed to operate the list, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required.
